Project Overview
Nexus Dashboard was designed for heavy industrial operations units requiring real-time machinery telemetry tracking coupled with instant intelligence reports. The platform serves as a central operational console for shift managers and engineers.
The Business Challenge
Aggregating millions of high-frequency sensor readings created massive read/write lock bottlenecks in traditional databases. Concurrently, shift operators needed to query operational historical data in natural language without having to wait for data engineering teams to write complex SQL scripts.
Our Solution & Engineering
We engineered a robust Next.js control panel powered by a decoupled Go-based ingestion layer. Telemetry feeds are buffered in Redis before batch inserting to a structured PostgreSQL DB. To facilitate zero-friction querying, we integrated Claude 3.5 API using a sandboxed, read-only database user schema that maps human language into safe, optimized SQL queries in real time.
